Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Jonathan Spinney (trading as decidoo.ai) ("decidoo", "we", "us"), an individual based in Colorado, United States. By creating an account or otherwise using decidoo.ai, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What decidoo is

decidoo is a decide-and-do companion. You describe a decision, decidoo returns options with their odds and a set of next steps, and your decisions, statuses and notes are saved to your account so you can follow through. Paid plans add saved history, a journal, follow-up loops and re-orienting.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share, sell or transfer access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • send spam, or use it to generate bulk unsolicited messages;
  • upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • generate illegal material, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, harassment, or material that sexualises or endangers minors;
  • create malware, probe, scan or break the security of the service, or scrape it in bulk;
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, usage caps or payment checks;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product.

4. AI outputs and their limits

decidoo's answers are generated by a model. They can be wrong, outdated or incomplete. You are responsible for what you ask, for how you use what comes back, and for checking anything important before you act on it. decidoo is not financial, legal, medical, tax or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. You keep the rights you hold in what you type in, and you decide what you do with what you get back.

5. Your content and our rights

You own what you put in. You give us a limited licence to host, store and process it only so we can provide the service to you — for example, to show your decisions in your dashboard. We do not sell it.

We can remove or restrict content that breaks these terms, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts. If you believe decidoo has produced or stored material that infringes your rights, email jonspinneymobile@gmail.com with enough detail to find it. We will review it and act where it is justified. Repeated infringement can lead to suspension or termination.

6. Who owns the service

We keep ownership of the service itself: the software, the design, the branding and the documentation. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your plan is active.

7. Service level

We work to keep decidoo available and running well, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Features may change as the product develops.

8. Payments, trials and subscriptions

Free accounts can use decidoo without paying, with a usage limit. Paid plans (Basic and Advanced) start with a 14-day free trial; you are not charged during the trial. After that, your plan renews at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for. Switching plans takes effect straight away, with the difference charged or credited.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, if your account presents a security or fraud risk, or after repeated or serious violations. You can stop using decidoo at any time and close your account.

When your access ends, your saved decisions and notes are deleted within 30 days unless we must keep them by law. Copy anything you want to keep before closing your account.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Where the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

11. Indemnity

If a claim arises from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms, you will cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

12. General

  • Governing law: Colorado, United States; disputes go to the state or federal courts covering Denver, Colorado.
  • Assignment: you may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a sale or reorganisation.
  • Force majeure: neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
  • Changes: if we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use decidoo means you accept the update.
  • Severability: if one part is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
